Privacy Policy

CuraNova is a product of Triyamb Services, India. We provide a digital prescription management platform for Indian doctors and clinics. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Triyamb Services. You can reach us at support@curanova.in.

Account data: Your name, email address, and hashed password when you register.

Practice data: Clinic name, address, phone, email, registration number, and logo.

Patient data: Name, date of birth, gender, phone, email, address, blood group, known allergies, and medical history — entered by you for your patients.

Prescription data: Medicines prescribed, doses, frequencies, diagnosis, notes, and follow-up dates.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, session data, and usage logs for security and debugging.

We use your data solely to provide the CuraNova prescription management service:

• To create and manage your clinic account
• To store and retrieve patient records and prescriptions
• To generate prescription PDFs
• To process payments via Razorpay
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing)
• To maintain security and prevent abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate CuraNova:

• Razorpay — payment processing (your payment card data is handled by Razorpay, not us)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare R2 — secure storage for prescription PDFs and letterhead images
• Typesense — medicine search (no patient data is sent to Typesense)

Your clinic's data is stored in a dedicated, isolated schema within our PostgreSQL database on servers in India. No other clinic can access your data.

All connections are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. We use session-based authentication with secure, HttpOnly cookies. Sensitive actions are logged in immutable audit trails.

Your data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data remains accessible for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion by emailing support@curanova.in.

We use session cookies only — necessary for login and security. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@curanova.in. We will respond within 30 days.

CuraNova is intended for licensed medical professionals. It is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.

We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this Privacy Policy. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
