Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 May 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for CuraNova, a product of Triyamb Services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment processing is handled by Razorpay.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date, AND
  • You have not used the paid features (no prescriptions created and no PDFs generated after upgrading)

Refunds are not available if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
  • You have used the service (created prescriptions or generated PDFs)
  • You are requesting a refund for partial use of a monthly or yearly period
  • The subscription is a Free plan (no charge, no refund applicable)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@curanova.in within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • Subject line: Refund Request
  • Your registered email address
  • Your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your billing email)
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your CuraNova account. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after expiry, then permanently deleted.
