Terms of Service

By registering for or using CuraNova (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding contract between you and Triyamb Services.

CuraNova is a cloud-based prescription management platform for licensed medical professionals in India. It provides digital prescription creation, patient record management, PDF generation, and related tools.

The Service is intended for use by licensed medical professionals and their authorised staff. By using CuraNova, you represent that you are a registered medical practitioner or acting under supervision of one.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Enter false patient data or create fraudulent prescriptions
• Attempt to access another clinic's data
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
• Upload malicious files or content

CuraNova is offered under four subscription plans: Free, Solo, Clinic, and Hospital. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method.

You own all patient data and prescription records you enter into CuraNova. Triyamb Services does not claim any rights over your clinical data. We process it solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from patients to store their health data in a third-party platform.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triyamb Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CuraNova.

CuraNova is a tool to assist clinical documentation. Doctors remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for compliance with MCI/NMC and applicable Indian medical regulations. CuraNova does not provide medical advice.

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
