Accepted Answer

AI credits power every AI action in CuraNova. Free plan gets 50 credits/month, Solo gets 300, Clinic gets 1,000, and Hospital gets 5,000. Credits reset monthly. One AI prescription draft costs 3 credits, medicine suggestions cost 1 credit each. You can buy additional top-up credits anytime — they never expire.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. The Free plan is free forever with no time limit.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing inside CuraNova. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Does the Clinic plan support multiple doctors?

Yes. The Clinic plan supports up to 5 doctors plus unlimited reception, pharmacy, and billing staff. The Hospital plan supports unlimited doctors and staff.

What payment methods are accepted?

CuraNova subscriptions are processed via Razorpay and accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
